Commissions

Pricing

All the prices below are starting prices for commercial commissions, which are subject to change depending on the commission itself.

Commercial commissions are categorised as pieces that will be used for profit or promotion i.e. you're an author wanting art to promote your new book or you're a book box that wishes to sell my art as a print. 

​

For personal/private commission price enquiries please email me at ginahiltonart@outlook.com. Please note that private commissions CANNOT be used commercially.

- NSFW fee is an additional 25% of the total amount. This includes explicit art and sexually provocative pieces. This includes character in their underwear.

​

- Additional characters have a starting price of £300.

​

*The dust jacket starting price includes up to three characters, a background, and any text or foil design should you want any. If you have a separate designer for text and other details, please let me know before I start your commission so that I can design your piece in a way that optimises the artwork and doesn't clash with any text.

Terms of Service

  • All payments and invoices will be dealt with through Paypal.

​

  • At least 50% of the total amount is due before the preliminary sketch stage, the remaining total is due upon completion of the whole piece.

​

  • I produce the digital art which I send via email. I do not make them into physical prints.​ Files are sent as a JPEG unless agreed otherwise.

​

  • I reserve the right to not accept a commission for any reason. This will most likely apply to commissions that I do not feel suit my art style or subjects that I do not specialise in.​

​

  • Please also note that availability may affect the type of commission I am able to work on. For example, availability does not guarantee that I can work on a multiple character commission or multiple pieces at my earliest opening.​​

​

  • I will accept fan art and OC art within the following Genres/Themes: Fantasy, Gothic/Horror, Historical, Mythology, NSFW* 

  • Genres/Themes I will not accept: Contemporary/Modern Settings, Sci-fi/Futuristic Settings

  • I am able to do up to four characters per commission. 

​

*I accept NSFW projects within reason. I will not accept commissions depicting anything illegal, immoral, violent, or extreme. If you are unsure, feel free to ask.
